AuraFX Elite is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and does not provide regulated investment advice, portfolio management, custody, or brokerage services in the United Kingdom.

We supply educational software (MetaTrader indicators/EAs) and informational dashboard content. Any trades you place are executed solely by your chosen broker, which is separately regulated under its own licences.

No broker relationship

We do not introduce clients to brokers, receive referral fees, hold client money, or access your trading account. We are not responsible for your broker’s execution, spreads, margin calls, or insolvency.

Because we are not FCA-authorised, the Financial Ombudsman Service may not apply to our software sales — we will explain any applicable alternative dispute route.
