1. Agreement

By registering, paying, or using the AuraFX Elite website, dashboard, indicators, Expert Advisors (EAs), or related materials (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Services.

2. Who we are

Services are provided by Shyam Prasad trading as AuraFX Elite (“we”, “us”). Full business details are on the Regulatory disclosure page. Contact: support@aurafxelite.com.

3. Nature of the Services

We provide educational software tools, market data displays, and informational dashboard content. We are not a broker, bank, investment firm, or regulated financial adviser. We do not hold client money or access your trading account.

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your country).
• You confirm you may legally access trading-related software in your country.
• You are responsible for compliance with local laws (tax, licensing, restrictions on CFDs/forex).
• We may refuse or terminate access where law or policy requires.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on this site is personal financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Past performance of any strategy, back-test, or signal does not indicate future results. You trade at your own risk with your own broker account.

6. Accounts & registration

You must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your email and payment credentials secure. One registration per person unless we approve otherwise.

7. Fees & payment

Paid plans may be processed via PayPal when enabled, or via MQL5 Market. Prices are shown at checkout. MQL5 purchases are subject to MetaQuotes marketplace terms.

8. Licence to use software

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased software for your own trading education and analysis. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or share login keys except as permitted in writing.

9. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, market manipulation, or misrepresentation of our brand.
• No scraping or overload of our servers without permission.
• No claiming guaranteed results when referring others to our tools without our written consent.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, error-free code, or particular trading outcomes. See Risk warning.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or broker/platform failures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or legal requirement. You may stop using the Services at any time; refunds are per Refunds policy.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
