One-time purchases (website / PayPal)

Digital software and access keys are generally non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, activated, or used on a live trading account — except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

• Cooling-off: If you have not downloaded or activated the product, contact us within 14 days of payment for a refund review.
• Provide your registration email and PayPal transaction ID.
• Partial refunds are not offered for change of mind after activation.

Monthly subscription / rent ($15/mo example)

• Cancel before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
• No refund for partial months already billed unless required by law.
• MQL5 Market rentals follow MetaQuotes billing — cancel inside your MQL5 account.

MQL5 Market purchases

Rentals and purchases via MetaQuotes follow MQL5 refund rules. Contact MQL5 support for marketplace disputes.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank or PayPal without contacting us first, we may suspend access while investigating. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and referral to collections where permitted by law.

To resolve billing issues, email refunds@aurafxelite.com or support@aurafxelite.com with transaction details — we aim to respond within 5 business days.

How to request a refund

2. Include: full name, registration email, plan name, PayPal transaction ID, date of purchase, reason
3. We confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 business days
